YogaFit KidCards contain simple and super-fun yoga poses for children. They are a great visual tool for teaching yoga, and provide easy directions printed on the back for parents and older kids to help focus younger children for getting into (and staying in!) each posture. Cards are 3 1/4 x 5 plastic coated for durability. Each card has a picture of a child or teen in a yoga pose and the name of the pose on the front.
