Focusing on lower body anatomy, our first practice delves into folds and standing poses to build strength and suppleness. Our second practice looks at the upper body, deepening our awareness in twists and backbends. We also have a general review of basic anatomy and kinesiology as it relates to yoga. Using these three tools, we explore the amazing possibility of a pain free practice. Learning about anatomy gives us the opportunity to connect mind and body in a unique way.
